We ensure all items are professionally photographed and framed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. If for any reason an item is not as you expected please email karl@karlgray.com.au or phone us 0439 559 010.

All artwork if made to order and as such we do not offer returns, exchanges or change of mind on these items.

Faulty Items & Damages

Karl Gray products are hand made, in Australia using high quality materials. There maybe slight markings or variations which are intentional. All photographs are checked and signed by Karl Gray and packaged with care. We take all precautions to ensure your product arrives safely. If your product has been damaged in transit please notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure you open your package within this time. If you receive framed artwork which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. Please hold onto all original packaging and the product as we may require photos or the original product to process your claim.

Care & Maintenance

We do not recommend hanging your frame in direct sunlight.

Prints – We recommend handling these with white gloves to ensure you do not mark or damage the print.

Print & Frame – All framed products are made with acrylic and should be cleaned with a microfibre cloth. Paper towel will scratch the acrylic. We also recommend minimal handling of the raw Victorian Ash frame as it is a natural untreated product and can mark.

Landscape Photography Workshops

All workshops or private tutorials you book online will be hosted and run by Karl Gray and they are organised and sold subject to the following conditions;

Registration

Workshop fees are paid online in full at the time of booking. They are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and are allocated and guaranteed once full payment has been made.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

You may cancel your workshop booking at any time, however refunds or part refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances;

  • Cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date will be refunded 100%

  • Cancellations more than 3 weeks prior to the commencement date will be refunded 50%

  • Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior will be refunded 0%

Refunds will not be provided if participants do not attend on the day or once a workshop has commenced.
Karl Gray reserves the right to change or cancel a workshop at any time. Given the dependence on the environment, adverse weather conditions may cause the workshop to be cancelled or postponed. Other reasons for cancellations may include, but not be limited to too few participants, illness, strikes, wars, acts of God or any other circumstances which may make the operation of the workshop ill-advised. If a workshop has to be cancelled by Karl Gray, then all workshop fees are refunded in full or you may choose another date or workshop.

Karl Gray reserves the right to cancel any workshop with inadequate enrolment 14 days prior. In the event that a workshop has to be cancelled due to inadequate enrolment, all fees are refunded in full or can be transferred to another workshop.

Karl Gray is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred by workshop participants as a result of a cancellation. These may include, but are not limited to costs in preparing for the trip such as equipment, non-refundable airline, train or bus tickets, lost income, or any other trip related losses or expenses.

Workshop Fees

The workshop fees include tuition, on-workshop transport and accommodation for multi-day workshops as specified. All other expenses are the responsibility of the participants. Workshops do not include any transport to and from the workshop. Workshop fees do not include insurance coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, travel accident, travel delay, baggage delay or theft, medical or hospital expenses. We highly recommend taking out insurance to cover these items.

Workshops provide ground transport as required as part of the workshop fees. If a participant chooses to self drive or alternative transport, no discount will be provided and they do so at their own risk.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical evacuation and expenses and personal health, which would cover you for non-refundable transport costs and trip cancellation fees. Please ensure your cover includes regional Victoria.

Karl Gray cannot accept liability for insurance costs, loss of deposits, transport cancellations or delays or any other expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the workshop. We cannot accept liability for any insurance costs if a workshop is cancelled.
