Some frequently asked questions in regards to prints and framing are answered below. If you have a specific questions don't hesitate to get in contact.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship products around Australia from Melbourne. When you are placing an order and you fill in your postcode you will be provided with a quote for delivery. We can ship prints internationally for around $50, send through an email with your details and we can confirm cost and lead time.   

When will I receive my order?
*Please note due to COVID19 shipping times maybe slightly longer than indicated.*
All photographic prints are made to order. 
Allow 2 weeks for your custom print to be made, checked, signed and posted to you within Australia.
Allow 3 weeks for your custom print and frame to be made, checked and signed and sent to you within Australia.
Cards will be posted to you within a few days.

Prints and cards are sent registered mail with Australia Post. All framed items are available for pick up from Hawthorn or will be couriered to you and you will be emailed tracking information.

Prints

Can you do custom sizes?
We certainly can print custom sizes. Simply email us with the dimensions you would like and we will provide you with a quote.  

I've seen one of Karl's photographs I like, but I can't find it on the website. Is it available to purchase?
Of course, simply contact us and we can arrange a custom order for you.
